Our Story
Petals & Metal Flower Farm: Where Nature and Artistry Blossom Together!
About Petals and Metal Flower Farm
Welcome to Petals and Metal Flower Farm, where passion meets creativity to cultivate the beauty of nature. I’m Suzie Browning, the proud owner of this haven for plant enthusiasts like yourself.
Our Roots
Nestled on the last two acres of what was once a sprawling farm, our farmhouse, built in 1875, stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of growth and cultivation. The nursery took root in 2021, making us the only licensed nursery in Preble County, and we’ve been blooming ever since.
The Green Thumb Philosophy
Having embarked on some college adventures and fueled by a deep love for gardening, I envisioned a space where green dreams could flourish without breaking the bank. At Petals and Metal Flower Farm, we believe that gardening should be an affordable and joyous experience for everyone.
Handmade Elegance
Meet Mark, my husband and the artistic force behind the metal sculptures that grace our property. These unique pieces, born from his creativity, not only enhance our surroundings but are also available for purchase at our farmstand. It’s a harmonious blend of nature and artistry.
Beyond plants, I also offer my handmade treasures. Discover my crafted items at our farmstand, to add a touch of handmade elegance to your home and garden.
Perennial Paradise
Specializing in perennials, we offer a diverse array of plants carefully nurtured for their enduring beauty. Explore our U-Pick flower field, where you can handpick your favorites, creating a bouquet as unique as you are.
Our Commitment & Growing Together
